高校党员队伍主流是先进的,但随着改革开放的进一步深入,高校党员先进性建设面临新问题。高校要采取有效措施,切实抓好党员的教育、管理、监督与维护等工作,强化党员队伍建设,不断增强党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和创造力。
