| 国际民商事务交往的日益发达,使得国家之间民事管辖权冲突逐渐成为各国立法和司法实践共同面对的难题之一。总结和选择出协调国家之间民事管辖权冲突的一些主要原则,是国际社会解决这一问题的有效途径。通过对法国民事管辖权与我国民事管辖权冲突的探讨,促进我国民事管辖制度的完善,实现正义、效益等法律价值。 |
