| 在界定DNA、基因、概率等概念涵义的基础上,阐明DNA鉴定的理论依据是遗传学原理和逻辑推理,同时指出,DNA鉴定结论概率的高低主要是由做鉴定时所采用逻辑推理的种类不同所决定的,从而使人们对DNA鉴定有较全面的认识并懂得如何去评价某一个案DNA鉴定的结论。 |
