| 介绍了生态工业园区的构建理论及发展模式,并针对重庆部分工业园区环境污染严重、能源结构和产业布局不合理等问题,提出了发展重庆生态工业园区应推行企业清洁生产和环境管理体系认证;加强生态工业园区的规划、建设和管理;加快调整优化工业结构,走新型工业化的路子等措施。 |
