| 在坚持政府资助为主的基础上,高校应尽可能拓宽融资渠道。拓宽资金来源的对策主要有加强产学研合作,争取与企业合作办学,发行教育彩票,积极争取社会捐赠,对高校采取差异化收取学费制度,严格控制贷款规模。 |
