| 论述了目前所提出的社会主义新农村与以前提法的区别,从系统的角度提出了社会主义新农村的内涵、基本特征和主要建设内容,分析了社会主义新农村的主要构成要素和系统结构,构建了建设社会主义新农村的指标体系,阐述了对其进行监测评价的基本思路。 |
