摘要:

采用问卷调查方法对企业管理人员的组织忠诚度进行研究,揭示企业管理人员忠诚度的特点以及不同学历、不同性别的企业管理人员与普通员工组织忠诚度之间的异同,并在此基础上,提出提高企业管理人员组织忠诚度的培养对策。
