| 基于灰色关联模型的地方政府绩效评价,是将各地方政府相关绩效评价指标的实际值作为比较序列。将其中的最优值作为参考序列。通过计算比较序列与参考序列的关联度来评价各地方政府绩效水平的高低。运用该模型,对湖南省部分地级市政府的绩效进行了实证分析。 |
