| 对重庆市废润滑油处理处置现状进行了调研,着重分析指出了现行废润滑油处理处置方式存在资源极大浪费和对生态环境带来极大危害两方面的负面影响,并对其产生的原因进行了探讨,提出了建立完善的废油回收网络、促进废油再生规模化等解决措施。 |
