| 社会主义和谐社会,是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。和谐社会背景下,我国政府职能转变应当从完善社会主义民主制度,推动政治民主化;依法行政,规范政府行为;改善公共物品供给机制,提高公共服务水平;树立正确的政绩观,加强行政伦理建设;倡导诚信理念,构建社会信用体系;加强环境保护,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会等几方面入手。 |
