| 根据移动桥式三坐标测量机非刚性效应测量误差的分布特征,对坐标测量机构件进行受力变形分析,进而对坐标测量机的非刚性效应测量误差进行分析,建立了三坐标测量机非刚性误差模型,为高精度坐标测量机的误差补偿技术提供了新的思路。 |
