| 商鞅的普法思想是其法治思想的重要内容之一。他利用人趋利避害的本性,主张国家和政府要守信用,要有公信力;强调法律必须“明白易知”;加强制度建设——“为法置官吏”;法官问责制;奉行“重刑主义”。对今天我国的法治建设仍有重要的借鉴和启示。 |
