| 我国民营企业在运行过程中有大部分形成了以家族式管理为特色的血缘文化或者是由企业家个人说了算的独裁式企业文化。随着企业内外环境的变化,这种文化充分暴露了其弊端。民营企业只有从建立以人为本的管理观念和现代企业制度,创立企业精神,建立企业价值观等方面着手打造特色的企业文化,并将其提炼和推广才能推动其新一轮的发展。 |
