| 摘要: |
| 制定环境标志产品的认证标准,是实施环境标志制度的核心和技术难点;生命周期评价(LCA)方法被许多国家作为认证环境标志产品的工具,而我国目前仍采用“一般原则”的方法;分析了各国环境标志标准的制定方法,并以木浆做成的纸包装为例,详细介绍了加权简式生命周期矩阵评价方法;指出了我国制定环境标志标准采用加权简式生命周期矩阵评价方法是较好的一种选择。 |
