| 摘要: |
| 作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,对供应商的绩效评价受到企业越来越广泛的重视,而众多的评价模型往往着重于对单个供应商的绩效评价;用系统的观念,将制造业企业的若干供应商联合系统作为绩效评价对象,根据供应商中所承担的产品配额,结合各供应商产品的综合成本,计算出各供应商产品在企业采购总成本中占有的实际份额,从而建立起基于产品成本的供应商系统模型,并采用模糊评价法对该供应商系统进行绩效评价;最后用案例进行了说明。 |
