| 以总黄酮为指标,优化聚花过路黄醇提取工艺条件,采用正交设计法进行试验;结果表明:过路黄的乙醇回流提取最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积浓度的55%左右,提取次数为3次,溶剂用量为投料量的8倍,提取时间为每次2 h;按优化条件测定的重庆产聚花过路黄总黄酮的质量分数为10.980 6 mg/g。 |
