| 分析了网络教学媒体素材的应用现状及其存在的问题，结合高校教学实际，从高效管理和合理利用素材资源的角度出发，提出了科学的媒体素材分类机制和规范描述的技术属性，并对网络教学媒体素材库内容的规范化建设进行了论述。 |
