| 介绍了利用SIEMENS公司的过程控制系统PCS7V6. 0完成加热炉热工控制的方法,阐述了控制系统的软硬件配置、控制系统完成的功能和控制的难点与实现。整个加热炉控制系统配置为双CPU冗余,采用冗余环形工业以太网、欧洲流行的PROFIBUSDP现场总线和分布式I/OET200M结构。采用PROFIBUS-DP协议的ET200MI/O站冗余通讯接口和电缆,实现与双控制器(CPU)的冗余通讯。 |
