| 对药食两用中药中降血脂功能性成分进行了综述,特别是对目前广泛存在于植物界的黄酮类化合物从其多种生物学作用、提取方法及应用进行了阐述,为该功能性成分的开发利用提供了参考,并说明黄酮类化合物是一类来源广泛,毒副作用少,具多种用途的天然植物成分。 |
