对数量性状基因座 (QTL)的几种主要定位方法的统计学原理进行了综述 ,总结了每种方法的优缺点及其发展动态 ,特别是对新发展的多区间作图和多性状作图进行了较详细的介绍 ,并对目前存在的问题和今后的发展进行了讨论
