| 摘要: |
| 为培养大学生的心理素质 ,对 85名大学本科生在健美操课上结合身体练习进行专门的心理素质培养 ,所采取的方法有表现力训练 ,增强自信心 ,运用形体语言和词语暗示调节情绪 ,锻炼意志和增强心理稳定性 ,采用问卷调查验证训练效果 ,结果表明 :强调心理素质培养的健美课取得了理想的效果 ,健美操考试成绩优秀率由原来的 1 7.6 %提高到 41 .1 % ,在自信心、表现力、锻炼自觉性和情绪控制能力上都有显著提高 |
