| 从三个方面阐述了纸包装的绿色化途径。指出了只有从包装的生命全过程看对环境无污染的包装才是绿色包装，只有立法、宣传和经济手段并举才能促进纸的回收，只有努力开发更多的绿色包装产品才能解决包装废弃物对环境的污染问题。 |
