Clarifying the logic and path is of great significance to better promote the high-quality urban-rural integration in the new era. This paper finds that the core of China's urban-rural integrated development is the development of farmers, its essence is market-determined resource allocation, and its characteristic is national development strategy and planning leadership. China's urban-rural integrated development is continuously realized in the historical process of China's economic and social development, which is long-term and comprehensive. In this new historical stage, urban-rural integrated development faces new opportunities and challenges, and only by objectively analyzing the needs of the times can we promote the realization of high-quality urban-rural integrated development.
