China regional coordinated development needs the promotion from such four dimensions as development orientation, economic growth, factor flowing and mechanism innovation through the shared development of mutual growth of social welfare, public service equalization and so on, by increasing the economic density containing technologies to shorten the time and distance between factor flowing and by using reform and innovation to decrease the division between each field of economy and society. The integration of intellectualization factor makes the four dimensions energized, development orientation dimension highlights the value orientation of mutual sharing, economic growth dimension upholds the density of intelligent industry, factor flowing dimension uses cloudy computation to shorten the distance, and mechanism innovation dimension promotes the creation of development opportunities by internet of things to decrease the division. The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important economic support belt in China, but there is a "sub-health" problem of uncoordinated development. We should promote the coordinated development of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt with intellectualization, implement the intelligence strategy, and boost all-industrial intellectualization and all-region intellectualization for the coordinated development and the intelligent society construction of the whole Belt.
