Abstract:Free Trade Port is currently the Free Trade Zone with highest global open level and inland free trade trial zone should upgrade to inland free trade port. Chinese inland free trade port should have the property of “free trade zone”, “trial zone” and “inland port”, need to construct multiple-party-coordination international channel system and high-efficient operation mechanism, to form coordinative open system of inland port, to integrate and expand open-style economic function zone and to build inland open platform with the most convenient business environment and the highest open level. Its feasible construction path is from inland hub port to inland economic open highland, to inland reform and opening-up model zone, and to inland free trade port. Presently, Chinese free trade trial zone, as a whole, stays at its initial stage from inland hub port to inland open economic highland, as a result, China should build foreign comprehensive transportation logistics network taking international land passage as the core, continue to innovate the monitoring coordination mechanism of the custom, emphatically breakthrough the construction bottleneck of open-style economic function zone, and continue to explore the system innovation taking land international trade rules as the core.
