Peasant households-policy evaluation is an important aspect of measuring the effect of policy implementation and it is necessary to analyze the effect of land right confirmation implementation from the perspective of peasant households-satisfaction degree. By using the questionnaires of 591 peasant households of Jiangsu, Shandong, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces, based on the perspective of peasant household satisfaction degree, the effect of peasants-policy cognition and local governments-land right confirmation method on the implementation of land right confirmation was evaluated. The analysis shows that peasants-policy understanding degree and participation degree have significant positive impact on peasants-satisfaction degree，that the form of land right confirmation influenced by the factors such as local economic development and so on does not have significant correlation with peasants-satisfaction degree, that the households in plain and with taking family business as the main income have higher satisfaction degree with the implementation of land right confirmation policy, however, the households with big quantity of population have lower satisfaction degree. Local government should boost the effect of land right confirmation implementation by enhancing policy propaganda, by actively guiding the peasant households to participate in the confirmation and so on and employ the policies which both respect the peasants-willing and fit for local economic development level.
