Based on the understanding of present foreign trade problems, China’s foreign trade upgrading pattern can be created by implementing five developing beliefs such as innovation, green, coordination, open-up and contribution, by cultivating new competitive advantage of foreign trade and by overall promoting structure adjustment and stable growth of foreign trade, especially, enterprises, local governments and central government should co-work to emphasize and tap the driving potential of foreign trade in the economy in “the Third-five-year Plan” or in middle-term or long-term plan, so as to let China have a happy life in foreign trade and become the first big foreign trade country and become a strong global trade country.
