Abstract:Rural property guaranty financing is not only an important channel to revitalize rural assets, but also the important path to increase property income of peasants. Therefore, the difficulty in the liquidation of rural property guaranty is one of the main factors for healthy development of rural property guaranty financing. Because China’s rural property right transfer is solidly restricted by institutions, the shortage of the effective market demand and liquidation of rural property rights and their high right confirmation cost of property rights lead to the difficulty in the storage and management, value discovery and value assessment as well as value liquidation of rural property guaranty. China should perfect legal support system for the liquidation of rural property guaranty, optimize government-led macro-regulation mechanism, construct rural property right transaction system including asset management center, information center, transaction center and value assessment center, and perfect the matched measures of the related system with rural property right confirmation, certification issuance and rural social security system so as to effectively solve the difficulty in rural property guaranty liquidation and to push forward the financing development of rural property guaranty.
