Abstract:With the further implementation of China's “the Belt and Road Initiative”, the international human resources exchange plays more and more important role in regional economic and trade cooperation and cultural communication, thus, internationalized human resource development needs to be consolidated, especially, the international human resources exchange should be cultivated in diversification angle, in order to better support the implementation of “the Belt and Road Initiative”. Currently, China lags behind international economic and trade exchange talent cultivation, for example, in the perspective of the cultivation of French engineering human resources, enterprise management and higher education. In order to adapt to the “the Belt and Road Initiative” construction and long-term development, and meet the demand of international engineering and technical fields, the universities and enterprises should innovate their cooperative training mechanism and construct a university-enterprise coordinating training system.
