    摘要:

    城市化是未来中国经济增长和转型的重要引擎,随着“十八届三中全会”以来市场化改革的逐步深入,城市化本身已不仅仅成为中国社会转型过程的一部分,而且也是当前中国应对转型过程中诸多挑战的重要措施。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,其城市化过程具备了世界大国城市化的基本特征,但也有其特殊性,不仅会遇到其他大国城市化过程中的普遍问题,也面临更为复杂的中国特色问题。2014年6月21日《经济研究》编辑部、中国社会科学院城市与竞争力研究中心和重庆工商大学联合举办了“大国城市化前沿问题”学术论坛,与会专家学者围绕大国城市化的主题,从多个角度对我国城市化进程中取得的成就和遇到的问题进行了深入探讨。

    Abstract:

    Urbanization is an important engine for the coming Chinese economic growth and transition, with the gradually deepening of market-oriented reform since “the Third Plenary Meeting of the 18th National Congress of CPC”, the urbanization itself has not only become a part of the social transition process of China but also an important measure to meet many challenges in the process of the transition of present China. China, as the biggest developing country in the world, has the basic features of the urbanization in the big countries in the world but has her particularity, as a result, China not only has the ubiquitous problems in the process of the urbanization of other big countries but also faces more complex special problems. On June 21st, 2014, an Academic Forum on “Frontier Problems in the Urbanization of Big Countries”was held by Editorial Office of Economic Research, Research Center for Cities and Competence of Chinese Academy of Social Science and Chongqing Technology and Business University, the experts and scholars participating in the conference made deep discussions on the achievements and the problems which China has made and met respectively in the progress in the urbanization from multiple angles and around the theme of the urbanization of big countries.
