    摘要:

    我国一些地方政府为解决农民工就业问题,采取了就业培训券模式,但在其运行中存在一些问题,培训的针对性与实用性仍显不足,难以有效解决农民工的就业问题。应以就业培训券为政府工具,引入用人单位和第三部门,构建就业培训多元合作模式。通过多元合作机制,实现培训市场与就业市场的衔接,拓展农民工就业与培训信息的获取渠道,增强农民工就业培训的针对性与实用性,促进农民工就业。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem in the employment of migrant workers, some local governments of China use employment training vouchers mode but there are some inadequacies such as insufficient pertinence and practicability, so it is difficult to solve the problem in the employment of migrant workers. The employment of migrant workers can be reinforced by taking the employment training vouchers as government tool, by introducing employers and the third parties to construct employment training multiple cooperation mode, by suiting the training market to employing market through multiple cooperation mechanism, by broadening information acquisition channel for the employment of migrant workers and by consolidating the pertinence and practicability of employment training of migrant workers.
