Japanese government took p roactive emp loyment policy to ease their serious emp loyment p ressure in phase of accelerated urbanization. Currently, China is speeding up development of urbanization in the phase of industrialization, which facing great p ressure of employment. The Japanese government’s experience of easing emp loyment p ressure can be shared by the Chinese government that encouraging the scale - sized corporations to emp loy more workers, raising the labors’quality by training, and develop ing modern agriculture to create more jobs.
