Abstract:After making a questi onnaire on demography feature of working value outl ook of 316 employees and managers in securities industry, this paper indicates that theirworking value outl ook is significantly related t o gender, age, positi on and education and thatworking value outlook level is rising with the rise of age, positi on and educati on . This conclusi on reveals that management methods and ideas should be adjusted according to working value outl ook and individual difference of the employees at new era .
