With accelerating the reform experiment of Chongqing overall urban-rural development, the endowment insurance system of peasant-worker should accord with the trend of overall urban-rural development. Proposed Chongqing Peasant-Worker Endowment Irrsurance Method realizes certain institutional innovation, but still has shortcomings and needs to be further perfected based on overall urban-rural development idea.
