    摘要:

    依据人力资本理论,结合兵团农场实际情况,团场人力资本可以划分为普通型、技术专长型和经营管理型三类,以此为基础,对兵团农场目前存在的正规教育、健康保健、农场技能培训和劳动力迁移等一般人力资本投资模式进行了深入的探讨和分析。农场目前的人力资本投资途径和方式依旧存在值得商榷的地方,更为严重的问题是农场存在着人力资本高投资低投入的现象。根据团场不同类型人力资本的价值和独特性选择适合农场实际的人力资本组合投资模式将有助于解决目前存在的农场人力资本高投资低投入的问题。

    Abstract:

    According to human capital theory and the reality of Xinjiang Farming Corps, human capital of Xinjiang Farming Corps can be classified into three types such as general type, technological type and business management type. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses general human capital investment model in the aspects of regular education, health and health --care, farming technique cultivation, labor transfer and so on. Present human capital investment method and model are still worth discussing and the problem is that the human capital investment is higher but the return is lower in the corps. The combination investment model which chooses favorable investment model based on the reality of the corps according to human resources value and specialty of different human capitals can solve the present problem in higher investment in human capital but lower return.
