Since the 1990s,different regional economic development strategies for Tibet are held.According to non-equilibrium coordinative development theory,industrial clustering theory,regional innovation theory and so on,based on the reality of "three big economic zones of Tibet",currently,the regional economic development strategies which Tibet should use are to use Lasa to lead the economic development of Rikaze,to use Lasa and Rikaze to lead the economic development of the middle of Tibet and to use the economy of the middle of Tibet to radiate the whole Tibet.Regional leapfrogging-style economic development of Tibet can be promoted by actively constructing core economic zone in the middle of Tibet.
