The theoretical and empirical research into the influence of intellectual property right protection on technological innovation and diffusion and FDI and international trade and technological transference and so on at home and abroad reveals that intellectual property right protection is an important factor to influence economic growth but is restricted by the factors such as human capital, economic openness degree, economic development level and so on of a country.
