The medical system reform has been a hot research topic of the academia all the time. In recent years, the researchers have generally agreed that China's medical system problem is mainly shown as "expensively seeing the doctors" and "difficult to see the doctor", and this two problems lead to the third problem that is incomplete medical health system, unreasonable medical resources allocation and rapid increase of medical expenditure. This paper reviews the research achievements of these three problems in recent years.
