The Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between China and the ASEAN is the fundamental legal documentation for establishing the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.Its Article IX is regarding the safeguard measures within ACFTA.Compared with the relative WTO safeguards rules,ACFTA's safeguards article has some difference and special regulations in its condition,duration,application,consultation as well as dispute settlement,etc,which should be highly emphasized when trade dispute related to the trade is settled.
