Analysis of industrial regional Gini Coefficient and regional Gini Coefficient in industry of Xinjiang can comment on economic specialized level and industrial aggregating level in five regions of Xinjiang. The results indicate that Xinjiang agriculture has regional specialized division of labor, that regional Gini Coefficient of both industry and architecture industry of secondary industry is obvious and that each region should use its natural resources advantage to have division of labor based on specialization and to cooperate with each other in order to accelerate regional economic development.
