With the developing of social economy and promotion of university's system reform,the conflicts of supply and demand of talents are serious.The difficulty in college students' employment has already become a focus.This article points out that settlement of the employment problem should use "push and pull strategy",that is,on the one hand,national economic structure should be improved to develop knowledge-intensive industry to provide more work for college students and college student employment service mechanism should be completed to help employment.On the other hand,talent cultivation mode of colleges should be reformed to promote comprehensive quality and to help college students to become creative talents for self-employment.
