Abstract:Human beings use their senses to understand and contact the outside world. Information and knowledge are correspondence and contact between the objective world and our subjective world. Therefore, human economic behavior is the process of harvesring, treatment and use of information and knowledge. The result of economic behaviors depends on whether we can effectivdy make use of information and knowledge. Economic growth rate, growth capability and sustenance of a district depend on tile efficiency, capability and sustenance of harvesting, treatment and use of information and knowledge of the district.
