With the developing of China's economy, Chinas urbanization scale is increasing and enlarging but is unclear to positively influence GDP growth. On the one hand, whole nation's cultural level should be promoted and the proportion of highly - educated people to total population should be increased to accord with the proportion of advanced countries. On the other hand, tertiary industry should be actively developed, as for industrial scale, the industrial structure between regions should be adjusted to reduce repeated construction and to make the advantages support each other between regions and interactive. The third suggestion is to prevent excessive urban population from becoming urban burden.
