This paper reveals the current state of knowledge workers' training in Chongqing through positive investigation under the basic situation of knowledge workers' training among Chongqing enterprises.This paper also proposes countermeasures for current problems taking full consideration of the trait of intellective employees into consideration.The countermeasures,such as emphasis on demand analysis,creating new training method,and adopting successive evaluation,are expected to implement a reciprocal benign circle in which both enterprise and intellective employee achieve development through training.
