In moderm economic society, with the appearing of enterprise cluster, enterprise cluster faces many risks. This paper holds that structural risk and periodic risk of enterprise cluster is excgenous risk and the real threat to enterprise cluster is network risk. As a result, this paper analyzes the cause of network risk of enterprise cluster and sets up models and points out the suggestions on avoidance of network risk, which provides the important reference for the development of enterprises and regional economy.
