Taking the example of Tongliang, Yongchuan, Dianjiang, Shizhu, and Fengdu, this paper makes quantitative and qualitative analysis of minimum financial funds for rural compulsory education and analyzes the feasibility from the argle of financial expenditure and holds that establishment of minimum financial funds is necessary to construct harmonious society.
