This paper uses traditional industrial organization theory to analyze market structure characteristics of Chinese insurance industry in the aspects of market centralization, product difference, advancement and retreat obstacle, Chinese insurance industry is an oligarch monopoly industry. The countermeasures are pointed out to solve the oligarch monopoly market structure.
