The development of cooperation and economic organization of China has not good external envirorment and is restricted by self factors. Rural cooperation and economic organization can develop if we create good extemal environment, reform rural credit cooperative and so on to provide funds, develop rural market and commodity economy, cultivate talents and combine new type organization with the old organization.
