In recent years,it is difficult for graduates in Chongqing to be employed.Through the positive research into the relation between the employment of graduates in Chongqing and talent market,the troubling situation of graduates' employment in Chongqing can be improved.Based on the analysis of the relation between the employment of graduates in Chongqing and talent market,this paper puts forward related countermeasures.
