This thesis has constructed a guideline system of estimating the economic profit of urban land.Arrangement analytical method has been adopted to deeply analyze the economic benefit of Chongqing's urban land and to sum up the characteristics that the economic benefit level of Chongqing's urban land as a whole is low as well as fluctuates greatly.
